This club is actually called “The Dark Side.” The Aragon Bar is just a regular bar, and The Dark Side is kind of a “back room” behind it (that also has a bar). It has sort of a seedy quality to it that is fitting, but understandably not to everyone’s liking. It is dark in there, probably to hide the fact that it isn’t the cleanest or newest place in the world, but have a couple of beers and if you still don’t like it after that, it isn’t your kind of place anyway. The furniture is either bar stools or cheap plastic lawn furniture. The quality of the dancers in this club can vary. It seems the “A-squad” dancers show up closer to the weekends, from Thursday through Saturday. The rest of the week it's all luck of the draw. I've seen some nasty ones and some smoking hot ones on any given day of the week. It’s always worth showing up to scope them out though. If nothing catches your eye, you can go back out front to the ‘Gon and shoot some pool or just have a few beers. The drinks are cheap, as are the private dances ($20 per song). The music is just a jukebox in the corner though, so song lengths can be vastly different. Your $20 could buy you a five minute private or a two minute one or anything in between. For $20 a piece though, you can definitely afford to buy a couple of them, and I don't mind listening to a jukebox instead of a sleazy asshole DJ (for an example of a typical sleazy asshole DJ, go to the Déjà Vu in Minneapolis). The bar staff is very small-town friendly, unless you’re a d-bag or if you do something to piss off the dancers, like whip out your dick and start masturbating (which I’ve seen happen only once. The guy was promptly told to leave). You won’t be seeing any vaginas in this club, either on stage or during a private dance, because of the alcohol the dancers have to wear bottoms at all times. Lots of creepers and old dudes wander in from the ‘Gon or in from the street, plop down at the bar or a side table, and basically watch the dancers for free and never go up to the stage to lay down any dollars. None of the dancers like this, and some of them get super pissed about it and even comment on it while they’re on stage. If you do go up to the stage and lay down a dollar or two (which you should, if you just want to drink you can stay up front in the 'Gon) the girls are almost always friendly, talkative, appreciative of your business, and aren’t afraid of some body contact. Furthermore, once they get off stage, the dancers often come up to the bar and order a drink and chat with the customers. This is a great time to approach them and ask for a private dance, which, in my opinion, is the best part about this club. The private dance area is just a partitioned-off area with a couple of chairs in it (no couches or anything fancy) with a couple of small tables. There are two chairs to each private dance area, so you’ll probably be sharing your private dance space with another customer, which some people might not like, but I have gotten equal enjoyment from watching the other girl in addition to the one I get a private dance from. Every dancer I’ve gotten a private dance from has always been friendly and really seemed to get into it. You ARE allowed to touch the dancers to a certain extent, so long as you are gentle and respectful and do NOT touch their vaginas or anuses. Everywhere else, within reason, you can touch. Gentlemen, be warned, once the girl finds your erection, she WILL grind on it with all her might. I once saw a customer get a private dance from two girls at once, but I’ve never done that myself. Oh, and I also once saw a female customer getting a private dance, which is, quite frankly, one of the hottest things I’ve seen in that club. All in all, this is a fun little hometown dive bar with fun girls that offers a good time in an otherwise straight-laced, conservative, boring little town.
